Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits
On booking 25% of your total stay will be taken automatically, The outstanding balance for your stay will be taken 24 hours before arrival.

Special Offers:
Full pre-payment is taken at the time of booking and is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Amendments / Cancellations

2a. Change of Date
There is no charge if you wish to amend your booking, provided that a minimum of 48 hours notice is given prior to the arrival date. The deposit paid can be held until a new date is booked as long as the new date is no later than 6 months after the original date. Booking on the best flexible rate means that rates change therefore your new date may be selling at a different price and charges may apply.
2b. Cancellation
Provided a minimum of 4 days notice is given prior to the arrival date, the deposit paid can be fully refunded. In cases of less than 4 days, the deposit will be refunded only if we re-let the accommodation in full.
2c. Special Offers:
Reservations made on a special offer rate are non-refundable and non-transferable.
For any unforeseen circumstances you are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance.

3. VAT

VAT is included at the current prevailing rate unless otherwise stated.

4. Final Payment
Payment for the balance of the cost of your booking should be made prior to departure. Credit facilities are not available unless prior arrangement has been made with the hotel.

5. Dogs
Well behaved dogs are welcome at Lastra Farm (a maximum of two dogs per room) and we must be notified of your intent to bring them at the time of booking. Dogs must not be left unattended in bedrooms. The hotel charges £10 per dog, per night, in order to cover the cost of additional room cleaning. Dogs are allowed in the Graneri, Patio and Bar areas where pets can accompany you during meals and drinks, including breakfast.
If you would like your dog to join you for dinner or breakfast, it is essential you inform us in order to reserve a table prior to your arrival. Dogs are not permitted in our Restaurant - with an exception solely for guide dogs.

6. Arrival & Departure Times
All our bedrooms are available for your occupation Monday – Saturday from 4pm until 7.30pm on the day of your arrival, and we ask that they are vacated by 11am on the day of departure to give us time to thoroughly prepare for the next guest. Bedroom check-in on Sundays is Between 1.30pm and 4.30pm. The Bar and Restaurant are closed Sunday evening, however, you won't be short of places to eat and drink on Anglesey.

7. Special Requirements
Please advise the hotel, well in advance, of any specific dietary needs, mobility issues, or other specific requirements you may have.

8. Special Requests
Whilst we will try hard to fulfil special requests, unfortunately we cannot guarantee to do so. Failure to comply with special requests, unless specifically agreed beforehand, will not constitute a breach of contract.
